Please note, usual wait times are up to 7 days between processing time and courier transport time depending where you're from in New Zealand. In Australia, please add 5 days to this to account for extra transit time.

Orders containing products marked "backorder" will ship when the backorder item is in stock.

I'd like to make a change to what I've just ordered.

Contact us as soon as possible, If the order has already sent, then you will either have to order again or ship the product back to us (sealed and unopened) to swap.

My order hasn't arrived yet

Normal wait times can be up to 7 days depending on location in NZ, often it can be sooner, but as a general rule of thumb please wait for this long Before asking us to follow up as it's likely already on the way to you.

Once your order has been processed (Usually with in 3 days) you will be sent a tracking code to follow your order to your door in the courier.

I can't tell which scent is which

if you've received a jar of primalcare and are unable to tell what scent uou've received, check the label on front, or the best before sticker on the lid.

My order was damaged in transit

Sometimes glass jars no matter how well we wrap them can take a hit in the courier van and turn up a bit worse for wear, If this has happened to You, be sure to fill in the form to the right and upload a photo. We will send you a replacement.

I'd like to returnan item I've ordered

As part of our money back guarantee, if you'd like to return a product that's in new and unused condition we will refund your money. I didn't receive a receipt or confirmation email

A receipt will be sent to the email you used to create your order within an hour or two of it order being placed. If it's not received in this time it could be being lost in your spam folder, or often we find it's a misspelling of the email or a different email being auto-populated at checkout. If you haven't received yours we will look into it for you, just fill in the form to the right as best you can and we'll find it for you.
